'BORPI MITHR' PROUDLY HERALDS
MUSCAT SPECIAL ISSUE OF 'KANNIK'

This is the 4th glorious year in succession, the Konkanni lovers in Oman are honouring their Konkann Mathaa with a precious gift, A special issue of 'Kannik' (Konkanni fortnightly)  on the occasion of India's independence day 2002.

The talented Konkanni writers from Oman, united under the umbrella of "Borpi Mithr, Muscat", are presenting the Konkanni world with this interesting issue.

Highlights of this special issue are :

  •  Special coverage on the Heritage & Culture of Oman by noted Konkanni writer and poet Shri Anil Pernal who has put in extensive efforts to sketch out narrative description of Sultanate's rich Heritage and Culture of the people of Oman.
