SHARON D'SOUZA OF ABU DHABI WINS FASHION PARADE-2002


 

Miss Sharon D'Souza of Abu Dhabi, once again won the prestigious 'Fashion Parade-2002'  at a glittering function organized by India Social Centre - Abu Dhabi on Thursday 17 May 2002 at their premises.

Sharon won the top honour contesting against 13 odd participants from different walks of life.

It can be remembered that Sharon was crowned as "Mangalorean Queen" only recently, during the Mangalorean Day function organized by Konkani Cultural Organization (K.C.O.) at the Hilton - Abu Dhabi on Friday 10th May.

She won this coveted honour within a week, and it is a matter of pride for all Mangaloreans, that Mangalorean girls are shining on the shores of a foreign land.
