TEENAGE BOY KILLED IN TRAGIC ACCIDENT

Tragedy struck a Mangalorean Family based in Abu Dhabi, when their teenage son met with a tragic accident and killed instantly in Bangalore India recently.

Mr. Santosh Monteiro, 19 year old Telecom Engineering Student of B.M.S. Enginering College Bangalore met with a tragic accident, when he was struck by a City Transport Bus, while traveling on his two wheeler and was runover and crushed to death by the impact.

Santhosh who studied at the Abu Dhabi Indian School until his 12th standard was pursuing his second year B.E. studies in Telecommunication Engineering in Bangalore.

His parents, Victor and Celine who hail from Mangalore and based in Abu Dhabi are dumb struck with the tragedy and have difficulty in coming to terms with the tragic loss.


Santosh a soft spoken and quite boy was the elder son of the couple and has a younger brother who is studying in Abu Dhabi.


A concelebrated requiem Mass was held at St. Joseph's Cathedral here in Abu Dhabi last night, the church was filled with mourners and well wishers of the family. It was a heart rendering scene at the church.
