Chicago, September 12: Lions Clubs International, District 1-A, Mother District in Lionism, held its 100% awards ceremony for the year 2001-02 today at Bridgeview Community Center.  Top club leaders and clubs were recognized by giving away awards and patches for their club banners.  Broadview Kala Sampath Lions Club bagged three 100% awards and one Four Star Patch for last lionistic year.  Club President Stany D'Souza received 100% president award and Secretary Queenie Mendonca received 100% secretary award for their unselfish humanitarian work in lionism.  Kala Sampath Lions Club was awarded with Four Star Patch for reaching district goals and active participation in the district and in the community.  Past District Governor Catherine Rondinelli gave away the awards.
