In its series of 'Monthly Theatre Programmes', Mandd Sobhann - the Saviours of Konkani Culture and Kalaangann - the Konkani Heritage Centre presented the 9th programme titled "Geeth Sourabh" on the 1st September 2002.

Geeth Sourabh - a konkani devotional light classical musical programme was presented by the Konkani Poet, Singer and Musician Vidwan Raghavendra H. Rao and his group on the Francis Louiza Stage of Gracy Ganga Naik Hall at Kalaangann.

Vidwan Raghavendra Rao is the Secretary of Konkani Bhasha Mandal, Karnataka and the member of Karnataka Konkani Sahitya Akademi. He has so far given more than 180 programmes on the All India Radio and is a famous singer among the Konkani Saraswats.
