Pambur parishioners to celebrate their “Vodlen Fest” on 20th December.
Dubai: Pambur Welfare Association UAE,
based in Dubai today announced their annual day cum “Vodlen Fest”
celebration scheduled to be held on the 20th of December at Hotel MarcoPolo,
Deira-Dubai. The program is expected to start at 11.00 am sharp.
Pamburians (Pambur, situated in the outskirts of Udupi, Shirva varado) in
UAE having spent two glorious years together with Parish developmental
projects already in the pipeline and a fund raising for the cause is in full
swing. Active participation of members in various cultural events in the
past organized by St. Mary’s Konkan Community and other major Konkani
associations proved their inborn ability to portray anything related to
Music & Arts.
The Vodlen Fest this year comprising of cultural events, budding talents
displaying their performances, and a drama - a perfect combination of comedy
and tragedy depicting real life story one should not miss.
