Abu Dhabi based Anita Fernandes
wins $1m Dubai Duty Free draw
Dubai : A top executive from the Nadia Group of Companies was
announced the lucky winner of a $1 million in Dubai Duty Free's
Millennium Millionaire Promotion in series No 24 held yesterday at
the Sheikh Rashid Terminal.
An Abu Dhabi-based , Anita Fernandes, holder of winning ticket No
1131 was ecstatic upon hearing the news that she just became $1
million richer. She purchased the ticket on September 4 while
travelling to the U.S. on holiday.
She has been living in the UAE for 28 years. The winning ticket was
drawn by Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of Dubai Civil
Aviation and Chairman of Emirates.
