"MANGALOREAN DAY" IN ABU DHABI - A K.C.O. PRESENTATION

Abu Dhabi:  - Konkani Cultural Organization (K.C.O.) will present a glamorous social event entitled "Mangalorean Day" - an Annual Family Get-together of all Mangaloreans residing in the U.A.E. at Hilton - Abu Dhabi on Friday, 10 May 2002. The day long programme will be interspersed with fun & frolic, live music, novelty dance, games and other traditional Mangalorean cultural events followed by sumptuous lunch and a non-stop "Mando" from famous UAE based artists.

K.C.O. in a press release has also informed that the highlight of the day will be a "Family Fashion Show" which will be the focal attraction of the day with loads of gifts for the participants. As usual the function will be attended by prominent personalities and they expect a sell-out audience to be present.

K.C.O. Abu Dhabi is gaining in popularity year after year through its various activities aimed at bringing together the community for group programmes and also because of its strong support for the economically backward and less fortunate members of the community in the UAE and back home.

The event will be jointly compered by the inimitable Mr. Neville D'Souza of Abu Dhabi and veteran Mr. Manohar Pais of Dubai.

The show will commence at 10:00 a.m. sharp and will conclude at 6:00 p.m.

K.C.O. are planning to make this event as a complete family entertainment package of the year 2002.
