PROGRAMME
St. Joseph
Engineering College is affiliated to the Visveswaraiah
Technological University, Belgaum and is approved by the All
India Council for Technical Education (AITCE), New Delhi and
is recognised by the Government of Karnataka.
The
Institution offers a four year degree course in the
following 4 branches of Engineering-
1.
Computer Science and Engineering
2.
Electrical and Electronics Engineering
3.
Electronics and Communication Engineering
4.
Mechanical Engineering
Eligibility: Pass in PUC/10+2 Courses or equivalent
with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in Physics,
Chemistry and Mathematics, as per the norms fixed by the
Visveswaraiah Technological University.
In each branch
60 seats are available. 50% seats will be filled up by the
Government under CET quota. The remaining 50% Management
quota seats shall be filled-up by the Minority Christian
Students and by the NRI students on payment basis.
The Prospectus
and Application form can be had by paying Rs. 250/- by cash
or DD (payable at Mangalore in favour of St. Joseph
Engineering College). All the admissions will be subjected
to the guidelines of Karnataka State Government.
