Dubai 29th November 2002 Friday; Members of Belle Vision (R), U.A.E. were gathered at Richmond Hotel Apartments, in Dubai for the 3rd Annual General Meeting.

It was the day for all Bellean's to elect the new Managing Committee for the year 2003 & the time to say thank for all those who have been associated with the working committee for the year 2002 & contributed immensely for the growth of the organization.

Meeting started at 6.00 pm with prayer by Mr.Baptist Sequeira. President Mr.Wilfred H. Menezes welcomed all the members for the Annual General Body Meeting. Mr. Valerian Alva (Secretary) gave the introduction speech & explained the members how the organization has achieved remarkable growth within a short period & made its presence in the society. He has also added that all this wouldn't have been possible without the sheer handwork from its committee members & he appealed on every member to contribute to the fullest for the further growth of Belle Vision & achieve its goals & objectives in the coming year.

Joint Secretary, Mr. Richard Menezes presented the annual report by detailing every achievement of the past one year. Later Ms. Renita Mathias presented the Annual Account & detailed financial report.

Then it was time for the evaluation of past one years activities. All members appreciated the efforts of committee members for their relentless contribution, whereas some questions related to membership renewal, objectives of Ekthar, education fund & employment related were clarified and noted for action by the future committee. Later the out-going President Mr. Wilfred H. Menezes thanked all the committee members & the members for their co-operation and requested all to work together for better unity.

Election for the new working was conducted later and the following office bearers & committee members were elected.
