Rosario Pre-University College inaugurated

Mangalore, July 2: Education facilities are one of the demands from our communities, this prestigious work is done by Catholic Community.  They started schools and colleges in gramanthar pradeshes and made Dakshina Kannada district as one of the fully literary area.  Christians role in this field is exceptional said Karnataka State Transportation and Dakshina Kannada care taker minister Mr. B. Ramanatha Rai.  He inaugurated newly started Rosario Pre-University College at Mangalore Rosario Cathedral Church area. 

Christians taught education to illiterate people in the communities thus they become able to have social justice.  This is applaudable said minister and he wished all the best to this new college in Mangalore.  Rt. Rev. Dr. Aloysius Paul D'Souza presided over the programme and blessed new college building.  Education Board secretary Fr. Bonaventure Nazareth, Pre-University Education Department district assistant director Mr. C. Mahadeva, local corporator Mrs. Sarala N. Karkera were the chief guests.  Mr. Lawrence who donated maximum amount was felicitated during this event.  Rosario educational institutions manager Fr. Cyprian Coelho welcomed the gathering, teacher Mrs. Elizabeth Roche compered the programme.  New college principal is Fr. Clement Mascarenhas.
